Summary of Common Faults of Ozone Generator

Common Fault Analysis

The following are some common fault analysis and solutions. When such problems occur, you can follow this table for troubleshooting.

Fault

Analysis

Solutions

Remarks

Ozone generator is not powered on

1. The power plug is not properly plugged in.
2. The voltage level does not meet the requirements.
3. Fuse blown.

1. Check the power cord and plug.
2. Connect to a 220v/50H-60Hz power supply.
3. Replace the fuse.

Fuselage shell have electricity shocking

1. The grounding wire is not firmly connected.
2. Excessive humidity in the working environment.

1. Check the grounding wire and tighten it.
2. Use in a dry and ventilated environment.

This operation must ensure that it is handled in the event of a power outage

No gas output from the air outlet

1. The air pump is not started.
2. Silicone hose falls off or is discounted.

1. Press the air pump start switch.
2. Open the rear cover and check the pipeline.

No ozone output from the air outlet

1. The ozone switch is not activated
2. Zero concentration adjustment
3. Ozone generation module damaged

1. Turn on the ozone switch
2. Rotate the concentration adjustment knob
3. Replace the ozone generation module

This operation must ensure that it is handled in the event of a power outage

Fuse blown

1. The voltage is too high
2. Short circuit in the circuit
3. Ozone module damaged

1. Check the power board
2. Check the internal circuit
3. Replace the ozone module

Water accumulation inside the ozone generator

1. The air is humid
2. The air source is not dried.
3. Water back flow to the ozone discharge tube during water treatment.

1. Dry the accumulated water.
2. Dry the air source.
3. Will blow dry the accumulated water in the electric tube.

This operation must ensure that it is handled in the event of a power outage

1. Abnormal voltage regulation of voltage regulator:

Check whether the fuse of the voltage regulator is intact and whether the connector of the voltage regulator is secure.

2. The transformer does not support boosting:

Check if the high-voltage connector of the transformer is secure.

3. Excessive current in the ammeter:

Check if the flow rate of the flowmeter is normal and if the air source is normal.

4. Dampness in the drying system:

indicates that the desiccant has expired.

5. High voltage leakage:

Replace the high voltage package.

6. Insufficient glow generated by the discharge tube:

This indicates that the discharge tube has expired and must be replaced.

7. Abnormal switching of electromagnetic tuning:

Replace the electromagnetic tuning.

8. Damaged high-voltage wiring pile head of ozone discharge tube:

Replace the damaged pile head.

9. The exciter of the ozone generator is not working:

First check the circuit associated with the ozone generator, and replace it if there is a malfunction.

10. No spark during the operation of the ozone generator:

If the exciter is normal, high voltage sparks will be generated at the ends of the two high voltage output lines, but when the generator is installed, there will be no spark. This is due to air leakage or aging of the ozone generator, and a new component should be replaced.

11. Function and function of the panel alarm light:

There is a row of indicator lights on the front of the ozone machine’s operation, and the corresponding indicator lights will light up when a corresponding fault occurs!

If there are other problems about the ozone generator, welcome everyone positive feedback, we will reply in time and provide a reference solution to the problem
